33 years of financial and business experience. Commenced her career with Chase National Bank of Egypt “CIB” and in 1994 established one of the first Brokerage firms “Delta Securities Egypt” and many others.
Chairperson & Managing Director of “Delta Shield” a company she established in 2008 focusing on advising Family Businesses, whilst newly established “Delta Inspire” the specialized incubation/acceleration arm, managing “138 Pyramids” the funding arm. Neveen is also the Chairperson & Managing Director o f “138 Pyramids” and the Chairperson of Delta Inspire.
The first woman elected to sit on the board of the Egyptian Stock Exchange for 2 consecutive terms 1997-2003. Neveen also sat on many public and private sector boards; she was also the Country Representative of Royal Bank of Scotland “RBS” and sat on the Bank’s Middle East Advisory Board. Currently sits on the boards of: Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority “EFSA”; Egyptian Company for Mobile Services “MobiNil”; Arab Moltaqa Investments; Regina for Pasta & Food Products, the Board of Trustees of Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center “TIEC”, Member of the Dean’s Strategic Advisory “AUC” and the Board of Directors of the Middle East Leadership Academy MELA as well as non-profit organizations.
Won various awards, e.g.; named by FT as one of the “Leading Businesswomen in the Arab World” and locally one of the 10 awards presented by the Egyptian Ministry of Investment in March 2007 on the Global Women Day. Awarded in December 2013 by the American Chamber of Commerce title of top “Corporate Women in Egypt”. In 2014 nominated by Forbes Middle East as one of the “200 Most Powerful Arab Women”
Graduated in 1980 from Cairo University Faculty of Economics & Political Science and today an alumni of both the Harvard Business School and London Business School.
