Acting Chairman of the IKK Group of Companies; Honorary Consul of Belgium; serves as member of the Board of several of the IKK Group of Companies; of the BEMO Bank (Beiru/Lebanon), of the Saudi United Cooperative Insurance (Wala'a); active Member of the American Businessmen of Jeddah, of the Cercle d'Affaires Francais de Jeddah, the Minaret Business Organization, the International Who's Who of Professionals, and of the Saudi Arabian Standard Organization (SASO). Also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and was Chairman of its Saudi Chapter.
Hassan Isam AlKabbani was born in Vienna in 1966. Fluent in Arabic, English and French, he studied in Switzerland and the USA. The start of his professional career was in 1992 when he joined the "BMC UNITECH Company" in Jeddah/Saudi Arabia as their "Business Development Manager." In 1998, he was appointed "Director of Administration and Credit Control" of the IKK Group of Companies, a major leading business institution, serving most of the Arab World countries in the industrial, construction and trading fields, as well as in specialized maintenance and services.
Hassan was assigned in 1999 the post of "Vice Chairman of the IKK Group of Companies", and was promoted in 2010 becoming its "Acting Chairman", a significant leading position that he continues to hold in the present. A motivated and dedicated leader with an open-mind and highly communicative and public relations skills, Hassan places a special focus on promoting nationalization in the KSA and job creation in the GCC area and the MENA Region through the IKK Group business; he encourages emphasis on environmental issues by adopting a business green policy, and gives back to the community by promoting social responsibility on both personal and corporate levels.
